POSTPOOL INC (referred to in this Policy Statement as "we" or "PostPool") is strongly committed to protecting your rights and privacy online. We recognize the importance of protecting the privacy of all information provided by users of our web sites, recipients of our e-mail, and all other customers of our products and services. We created this Policy Statement with a fundamental respect for our customers' right to privacy and to guide our relationships with our customers. This Policy Statement discloses the practices for all products and services owned by POSTPOOL. What information we gather/track about you on the Web
Our web servers generate temporary logs that contain the following information: internet address of computer being used, Web pages requested, referring Web pages, browser used, and date and time.
Children: We do not store information of a child under the age of thirteen and we ask that any child at or under the age of thirteen obtain parental permission before using this site.
Classified Postings: During the process of posting an advertisement on our site, we require that you supply a title, a message, an email address, and the physical location area in order to complete the post on the site. Location refers to general geographic area. For example, a person may post the city, town, or northern, central, and southern regions of their state. You must agree to the Terms of Service statement prior to filling out a new posting on the site.
Contests, Special offers, and Surveys: On occasion, we may offer special programs or contests that a person will have the option to enter. Any personably identifying information that may be collected from these special offers will be kept confidential unless specifically stated at the time of collection that the information may be shared with our partners.
Cookies: The use of cookies is primarily a way for us to recognize you and customize particular sections of the site to your preferences. Some browsers do not recognize cookies or may be set not to accept cookies. We may set and get cookies on your computer. We use unique cookies as an optional method for gathering information and is not a requirement for any part of the site.
internet Protocol Addresses: An IP address is the location of a computer on a domain on the internet. We may track IP addresses and record them to a log file for system administration purposes. We reserve the right to use IP addresses to track each session or visit a user has.
Logs: Logs are files that contain historical data about the some of the information we collect.
What we do with the information that is gathered/tracked on the Web
Statistical Analysis: The data that is collected and stored is primarily used for statistical analysis. That is, we use this data to measure such things as how a particular category is performing. We collect aggregate information to better enhance the design of our sites and services. We also conduct tests and ratings on other factors including the appeal of certain site designs and content.
Email: We are 100% anti-spam and do not send mass emails marketing particular services or products. Furthermore, we do not send emails to persons that have posted an advertisement without that individual's expressed written permission except under the case where an automated email may be sent to the person as verification that the post has been published to the site or in response to that particular person's request.
Data Security: We follow standard industry practices to safeguard data and retain backups of all sensitive material.

3rd Parties/Partners/Vendors: All information collected is kept confidential. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone. In the event, that information is requested or needed, prior written approval from you is required under all circumstances except governmental or to provide products or services you have already requested.
Government: information will be shared with any governmental agency involved in law enforcement or investigation in the following events. (1.) In the event that we are required by applicable law, legal process, or governmental request to share this information or (2) we believe in good faith that the action is necessary to protect and defend the rights of our property.
II. Minors.
Children under the age of thirteen are prohibited from using any part of this site unless that child has received proper parental permission and/or supervision to do so. No personally identifying information is collected in accordance with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act).
III. Housing Discrimination Notice.
All real estate advertised herein is subject to the Federal Fair Housing Act which makes it illegal to advertise any preference, limitation, or discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, ethnic origin, handicap, family status, creed, religion, sexual orientation, age, or liability to service in the U.S. armed forces. We will not knowingly accept any post that has an intention to make such a preference, limitation, or discrimination and which is in violation of the law.
IV. Acceptance of Privacy Policy.
By using PostPool sites and services, you acknowledge your acceptance of this Privacy Statement. If you do not agree or are not comfortable with any policy described in this Privacy statement, your only remedy is to discontinue use of PostPool sites. We reserve the right, to modify this Privacy Statement at any time. You are bound by such conditions and therefore should periodically review the current policy for any changes in material. If we materially change how we use your personal information we will notify you either by e-mail or through a notice on the Web site. Your continued use of any portion of The PostPool sites following notification or posting of such changes, will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
